considering you llive in pune & indore is your hometown, i wonder how come poha is not on this list. oh, right, maybe you make it quite regularly or something?

Haha! Funny story. I actually am not fond of Poha! Ppl find that tough to believe. My mom makes it every single Sunday so a t some point in early childhood I just got really sick of it. But I did like the poha on streets in Indore. They were made sorta steamed, differently.
